We operate on a percentage based commission structure only. There are no mandatory start up fees, annual fees, or hidden costs to be a part of our rental program. We do not mark up third party invoices and offer transparent pricing on all maintenance and cleaning costs.

2. Marketing: Please detail the strategies you utilize to market properties to guests.

We make sure your property will reach the right guests. We market your property by posting complimentary pictures, taken by a professional photographer, on our website and social media platforms. We use online marketing optimization tools like PPC, SEO, and digital ads. Our extensive client database has over 60,000 guests who receive new property advertisement emails and notifications. We also have various sponsorships and partnerships in the local community, such as the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce who help us reach out to our local clientele.

3. Cleaning & Maintenance: Please outline your property management services, including but not limited to cleaning, inspections and maintenance.

We offer In-office Maintenance services for all of your property's needs. Our maintenance department has full time technicians that can oversee any repairs that may arise; we also have partnerships with a multitude of vetted local vendors including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, general contractors, and more when the needs arise.We also offer full service Housekeeping. This entails cleanings, laundering, linen delivery services, and complimentary inspections for you and your guests!

4. Communication & Reporting: How do you communicate with homeowners and what types of reports do you provide? Who will I be working with on your team? Will I have a dedicated representative or a team approach?

We have a dedicated owner services team who will be your first point of contact for any questions or inquiries you may have. They are available through phone, email, or in person at our office. Of course any department in our office is available to our homeowners as well for any direct or specific niche questions. For any emergency needs, we have a local answering service available 24/7/365.
