Provide project management for any upgrades to the property. Cleaning every time a guest leaves. Pre arrival inspections and post checkout inspections.

Communication with homeowners varies, depends on what they prefer. Email, texts or calls. Owners receive a monthly owner statement detailing income and expenses. We are a locally owned and managed business. Owners will deal directly with Christian or Cherisse Aanensen.

Trust accounting principles are followed very closely.

We use Booking Automation to sync all bookings across all platforms to ensure no double bookings.

Small local business but part of a huge franchise (PMI) with lots systems and controls so as to maximise income and minimise expenses.

We use an Insurance that the guests pay for and the homeowner is covered up to $5,000

We use dynamic pricing software but however from time to time we would manually adjust prices.
