We pride from having relationships built on trust with our homeowners. You will be dealing directly with the owners of the business - myself (Rod) or my wife (Vanessa). At a minimum, we will provide monthly reports on financial results, data on occupancy rate, and update on review/rakings obtained. 5. Financial Management: Please discuss how you handle financial management for the properties you manage. Do you follow trust accounting principles?

Carrying over Rod's 6-year experience working at Deloitte & Touche, a Big-4 accounting firm, we manage our financial management with strict accounting and business process controls where every cent is accounted for and traceable. We provide the owners with monthly financial reports on the past financial results, including every reservation & rental revenue, as all as every expense paid on your behalf listed on each applicable category of expense. We take care of every expense so you can have a stress-free investment, but if you want to be one responsible for some of these payment, we leave up to you as a property owner to decide what level of involvement you want us to take over. Below are a list of type of payments that we have for homeowners in the past: utilities, HOAs, property insurance, property taxes, sales and use tax, tourist development tax, licenses and permits, and all other vendors related to operating your vacation rental.  Lastly, we will also assist you with your yearly and/or quarterly tax obligations. At a minimum, you will receive a 1099 (U.S. owners) or 1042-S (non-U.S. owners) and a Year End Statement every January.
