Our management fee is 25% from the monthly gross amount, for multiple units the fee can be discussed. A homeowner can incur a possible design fee and or new furniture costs

We advertise on Airbnb as Superhosts, VRBO, and on our own website as well.

3. Cleaning & Maintenance: Please outline your property management services, including but not limited to cleaning, inspections and maintenance.

We send out monthly financial reports

We have a main trust account where we receive all payments then disburse the first week of every month to our owners.
