All cleans are inspected by a separate team member. Maintenance or repairs are not marked up. Our damage protection covers linens and has no deductible.

Follow trust accounting with all guest/owner funds segregated in a separate bank account. Monthly owners statements and funds disbursed NLT 10th of following month.

Rarely involve guests as our coverage is for owner and us. Linens included with no deductible, we file claims for a single stained or missing wash saving the owner $$. We can also secured a credit card authorization as needed. Coverage from $1500-$3000.

9. Revenue Management: Please explain your strategy for revenue management? How do you determine pricing to optimize earnings? Do you utilize dynamic pricing software, manage rates manually, or employ a combination of both methods?

Revenue and dynamic pricing platform that is then review by savvy house experts to set floors, ceilings, promotions, LOS, and keep each property competitive relative to selected comparable options.
