I cannot say enough how thrilled myself and my family have been with the services of Koloa Kai. Linda walked us through the onboarding so we knew what to expect. Through detailed market analysis presentations and a great owner portal website detailing bookings, expected income, and expenses, the financial aspect is transparent. Any issue with our property is promptly addressed. All staff are very personal and communication is great with Koloa Kai clearly doing their best to ensure our property succeeds. Koloa Kai is all that I imagined a great management company would be, and we are thrilled we found them!

Koloa Kai did an outstanding job managing our vacation rental. They kept the guests happy and responded quickly to any service requests. Our property was well maintained, and revenue was consistent. We could not have asked for more.

They offer great properties in premier locations in Poipu. We stayed at Nihi Kai. Customer service goes above and beyond-- before, during, and after the trip. Condo was spacious, clean, well stocked, and gorgeous. Best vacation in an ocean paradise!

We are very happy with Koloa Kai and their entire staff with their support of our vacation rental condo. Overall, almost every aspect with managing the unit is taken care of requiring very minimal involvement from us. They are friendly and quick to positively resolve any owner-related issues. They are clearly very knowledgeable, engaged, thoughtful, and transparent on market, pricing, and occupancy strategies. Their strong customer support of visitors is clear from the positive comments in our reviews. Finally, they are active and generous with their support of local community activities.

Very easy to work with as an owner and my guests have commented the same. They are responsive to owner and guest needs and keep our condo clean and well-maintained. Their reporting is excellent and they keep on top of market trends and data. All staff are kind and knowledgeable with minimal turnover. Very well-run organization!
