Seaside is the fourth agent we have used for our condo in Ocean City, and they are by far the best. The staff is extremely responsive and goes the extra mile to accommodate our requests. They also do an excellent job of vetting our tenants, as we have had only minimal issues with tenant damage. Past agents would rent to anyone with a heartbeat, with the result that our condo would take a beating each season. We are thrilled with Seaside and cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team at Seaside have made it possible for my wife and I to realize a lifelong dream of owning a home in Chincoteague. We can rest at night knowing our property is being monitored by the team and bookings have been steady.

Since we signed on with Seaside in 2020, we have felt like a part of their family! We are secure knowing that our properties are being cared for and looked after in such a responsible and thoughtful way. The lines of communication are always open and any major issue that may arise is handled quickly and efficiently. They are leaders in their industry and it is evident with their professionalism and attention to detail. It is always so nice to read the wonderful reviews written by guests about our places and it is also such a pleasure to walk into our own place when we are able to visit to find it sparkling clean! I have highly recommended them to friends who have purchased vacation rentals and will continue to do so.

I appreciate that when I call in or email that whoever picks up the call knows my property. I appreciate that there are many staff members that are apart of the Seaside Vacations Team who can share in managing our property well from marketing, helping guests, housekeeping and quality maintenance team members. We also sold a property with having a very smooth settlement in a short 4 weeks closing. Thanks for keeping current with marketing trends and professional details.

Responds promptly to any concerns and/or issues. Elaine and Lance are “hands on” company owners. They have a terrific team that are great to work with. We are also able to get a hold of someone - night, day, weekends. Elaine and Lance treat their staff like family. They have a terrific maintenance crew that are wonderful to work with.

Lance and Elaine offer very personalized and caring service to me both as an owner and as a frequent rented of other properties they manage. Their properties are always in 5 star condition. They are available day and night for any trouble shooting required. They continue to assist me in the care of my property even in the off season when it is not being rented.
The welfare of my property is as important to them as it is to me. They are simply the best!

In our search for a property management company we had several priorities to consider. Our property serves as our second home and we wanted to entrust the care of our home to a company that would take care of it as we would. The meticulous and pristine condition we find our property in every time we enter has gone beyond meeting our expectations. The communication is plentiful and thorough with each encounter. The glowing reviews that have been posted by clients related to their visit to our unit reinforces to me that Seaside Vacations & Sales is meeting the needs of those that vacation in our home as well. I have been with Seaside for many years. As an owner, "no news is good news". Throughout the years and particularly with the installation of Jason and Dorothy as the leads in Ocean City, we have been extremely pleased with our management team. We have had no guest complaints, the team takes are of everything to ensure our property stays beautiful, is rented regularly for top dollar, they care for the property in and out of season and we have confidence that when we don't hear anything, it is because things are being taken care of. Our properties have stayed beautiful, they have stayed on top of maintenance and inventories and I would highly recommend Seaside to anyone.
