2. Communication - In this business, issues will inevitably arise and Cozi responds quickly to solve any guest needs or issues. Responsiveness can turn a potential negative review into a positive review.

We’ve been with Cozi for over two years. We are extremely pleased with working with them. We have experience with many other property managers, and what sets Cozi apart for us is that they behave and perform as not just a typical property manager “for hire”, but rather as a true “business partner” with us. We would not be able to run our STR as efficiently and profitably as we do without Cozi. Their marketing and break-through data analytics have no comparison. Perhaps Cozi’s greatest strength is their company “culture and demeanor”. This starts with their CEO, Matt Durrette, and flows throughout the organization. Cozi is an all in one, one stop shop professional management company that protect my investment. They provide a flawless guest experience and provide up to date, transparent communication to me as an owner. What sets them apart are their people and processes. They respond quickly to our guest’s needs to ensure a flawless experience for the consumer. They keep the home clean and in great condition. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently. They care about my investment and make sure to keep in line with market trends. My property continues to rent above the market averages. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Cozi. Cozi has been a terrific strategic partner in marketing our vacation rental businesses. Matt and his entire staff is extremely responsive, and have helped us to generate dozens of 5-star reviews on profitable properties. They make the ownership seamless for us, and we do not have to bother ourselves with the operational maintenance and cleaning. We always know it is handled, and we can focus on investment. Our guests receive super clean accommodations, booking is easy, and revenues and expenses are transparently maintained.
