We work one on one with investors via, phone, text and email. Each owner has direct access to our founder and CEO.

We are licensed and hold all undispersed funds in an escrow account. Staycating, LLC uses a trust accounting system and a tax software to disperse all occupancy taxes.

We use a PMS system with API connections to schedulers, 30+ booking channels.

We have a business model that allows us to market, manage and monetize Short-term rentals. We have a data team that works with a dynamic pricer to maximize bookings and generate more revenue. We are also realtors so we can help with buying or selling properties.

We use a company to help vet guests. We also require deposits on certain properties.

We use dynamic pricing and have experienced data and revenue staff to focus on maximizing revenue.
