Steven and his team are great! They really know the market and take excellent care of our rental property.
Having experience as owners of a property management company in Indiana, and after using two other management groups in Myrtle Beach, we found MBD to be the perfect fit for us and our two properties. The MBD team is very professional, easy to contact, and responsive. They make sure everything is as it should be from housekeeping and maintenance to guest satisfaction. MBD utilizes several sites with stunning high-definition photos for marketing and to ensure our units are consistently rented. Our units undergo an extensive inspection after each guest to guarantee that the experience for the next guest is perfect. We highly recommend!

Since day 1 Steven has been fantastic. I bought this property remote and manage it remote. Steven went as far as to accept all my deliveries at his home to get the unit ready to be listed on AirBnB. I don’t ever need to worry about this property thanks to his team and level of service. Any issues or questions I have he responds to very quickly. Highly recommend !

We have been 100% satisfied with MBD managing our Property. It’s cleaner than it’s ever been! Communication & financials have been excellent. We were very Leary after hearing horror stories from Owners with other Rental Agencies but MBD has fulfilled their commitments to us and we trust them 100%. Keep up the good work!
