We have been with Cascara for over 22 years. As the market has changed and grown so have they. When we started with Cascara technology wasn't even close to where it is today. Cascara has grown and changed over the years -- adding new services, capabilities and staff. Are there sometimes bumps in the road - sure but it is how these are resolved that is often most important and Cascara has always stepped up.
I have a rental house they manage for me as well as I have rented their other places from them before. Every house I have rented has always been spotless and Her whenever something is wrong. They usually show up within an hour to take care of whatever is needed.

Stacy and Michelle are great to work with, provide personalized service, and are responsive to my needs as an owner. They work hard to provide a quality experience for my renters.

I like their responsiveness and ability to work with people. Their financial process could use improvement, particularly improving the timeliness and accuracy of the owners' statements and reducing the time between when renters' funds are received and owners are compensated.
