These people are so great at what they do. They could write the book on managing short term rentals.
As property owners in Big Sky, Montana since the early 1990’s my family has seen the market change dramatically. We had been with another management company for most of this time and it was getting worse each year. We made the change to Stay Montana two years ago and what a difference! Now, our property is well-maintained, they are incredibly responsive and the value is incomparable to all Big Sky competition. We highly recommend them for both owners and property renters!!

Stay Montana has been handling my condo in Bigfork, MT for 2 years. I am extremely happy with the job they do. My unit is well maintained which is very important to me. The cash flow is fantastic! They communicate with me on everything that is happening with my unit. I couldn't be happier!

See above. They also take care of our property as if it is their own. The Stay Montana staff is extremely knowledgeable about the property management business. They go above and beyond in attending to our property.

We started working with Amber and Stay Montana in March. As vacation rental owners from out of state, I can't say enough good things about them. They have made the process of renting our home so easy. Amber is super responsive, the services they provide are top notch. We don't have any concerns when we're not there because we know they are on top of it. Well worth the money!
