Coastal Stay Property Management is based out of beautiful Traverse City, Michigan. We manage properties in Traverse City the surrounding Long Lake Pennisula and Glen Arbor Township. We are a small, dedicated group of hardworking management professionals. We love the Grand Traverse area and we have chosen to make our homes in this beautiful, scenic location full of activities and places to work and play. We manage and own a variety of short-term rentals from stand-alone homes to townhomes, cottages and condos. All of our rentals are carefully and artfully stocked with everything needed to make each rental feel like a home away from home for guests. We try to think of everything and not miss a sigle detail. Our management team is dedicated to our guests experience and it shows in the quality and care we take with each and every one of our short term rental homes. Our clients enjoy our a-la-carte style of full-service management, consulting and interior decorating services. Whether you are looking to have a team of professionals manage your property while you relax, or you already have a wonderful team to assist you in daily operations but are looking to grow your exposure and assist with listing management, we can help!
