Chase ’N Rainbows was established in 1979 by Kay and Web Chase after the couple vacationed in Maui. Initially starting as a real estate brokerage, the company evolved to helping new condominium owners rent out their new newly purchased West Maui vacation rental. A cleaning business, Trinity Maid Company, was created to service the Maui vacation rentals they were managing. In 1994, son Jeff and wife Mindy carried on the family legacy and purchased both companies. After 25 years, they decided to sell both companies. Castle Hospitality Group was identified as sharing the same core values; and the acquisition of Chase ’N Rainbows was completed in 2019, under the Castle Vacation Rentals Hawaii brand. Over 40 years later, we’re still chasing those beautiful Maui rainbows that West Maui is famed for. And we’re still assisting condominium owners with renting out their vacation rentals. Headquartered in Honolulu, Castle Hospitality Group has a 35 year history in Hawaii as a hotel, resort, and vacation rental management company with two brands in its portfolio, Castle Resorts & Hotels, and Castle Vacation Rentals Hawaii. Castle Resorts & Hotels provides comprehensive hotel & resort condominium property management services, including on-stir operations of front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. Castle Vacation Rentals Hawaii provides management of individual vacation rental properties.
