B&D came to my rescue! I purchased a 3 bedroom condo in Tuscana and hired them to do a complete renovation plus furnishings + cleaning (PM) . They were very reliable, professional and had amazing staff. My job came in under budget and right on schedule. The place looks amazing and is ready for the short term rental market!
Dwight + Bertha (owners) explained everything to me ongoing and even obtained trades on short notice when I had electrical issues. I would 100% recommend B&D for all your renovation, painting, maintenance + property management needs! I definitely will be utilising their services for my FL properties!

They have Superhost status on Airbnb and their listing and photography make the home pop off the screen. Potential guests scrolling can't miss it even if they choose to!
