We’ve been managing long-term rentals across Florida for over 20 years, so personally expanding into the vacation rental market was a logical next step, and one that we’ve enjoyed tremendously. We became known in several buildings as owners who cared about our condos and improving the experience for everyone. People started asking if we’d manage their units for them too. As our portfolio grew, we knew it was time to take it to the next level. We invested in software to manage our calendars, communications, and even market-driven dynamic pricing. We hired the #1 attorney in the vacation rental world to prepare our agreements and guide us on the path to taking on the huge responsibility of managing properties for other owners. And here we are! If you’ve been looking for vacation rental management in Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach or the surrounding areas, we’d love the opportunity to sit down and talk about why we’re different. We make sure your property is managed in a professional manner and is compliant with all state and local laws, taxes and licensing. We’ll coordinate balcony inspections, professional photography, and setting up for sales tax and TDT collection. When an issue arises, we’ll discuss our recommendations for repairs/replacements, all while keeping budget, ROI and cash-flow in mind Please understand that we’re not able to bring all properties on board for our management program. We have set a very high 5* standard and we aim to keep that standard for your property too. After we preview the property, we may make recommendations for repairs and upgrades and a game-plan to come on board. Typically once we’ve made the decision to work together, we can have you live and open for business within a few days if it’s already set up and ready to go, or longer if it needs upgrades and outfitting of the basics. We’ll make suggestions for furnishings and decor and can even help with shopping for linens and supplies. We can discuss all of this when we meet, either in person or on the phone if you’re not local to the Daytona Beach Area.
