We have multiple short term rental property managers all over the country and Stay in Cocoa Beach is the best. Professional, timely and they always deliver a 5 star experience.
SICB has been our rental manager for several years. We've had other management companies in our 27 years of ownership and the team at SICB has exceeded all of our expectations! They communicate flawlessly and are very responsive to our needs.
In addition to maintaining a "worry-free" atmosphere for us, our revenue has been significantly higher than any other rental management company that we have used previously.

For the last two years I don't have to worry about anything! The company has been well run and services have been great! I don't have any complaint!

We are very impressed with Stay in Cocoa Beach. They are very responsive to us as owners and to guests. They are trustworthy and they keep up with the latest technology and trends for the vacation rental business. The properties they manage are top of the line; it's an honor to have them as our management company

Stay in Cocoa Beach has been managing my properties for over two years now. As an owner that lives over a thousand miles away their attention to details and timely communication is invaluable. I literally don’t have to worry about a thing. If an issue comes up they bring it to my attention then deal with it themselves. They are wonderful!

Before we bought a property in Cocoa Beach (SICB), we rented here several years and used Stay in Cocoa Beach. While we were renting one time, our microwave died. I called SICB and an hour later they were there with a replacement. We were impressed! When it came time for us to find a property management company, we selected SCIB because we knew from first-hand experience that they take care of guests. We have been very happy with them as a property management company; they are responsive, fair and employ good people. I highly recommend them!

I only leave off one star on one aspect of my review because there is room for perfection. Perfection is hard to attain in the property management business, but I think SICB is motivated and capable of getting even nearer to that level. I appreciate that, honestly, I have to do little for my property to be booked a lot and taken care of. I can trust that SICB will do those two things with minimal feedback necessary from guests and myself.
