Kevin Jones, (Founder of Latitude 38 in Telluride) and Kirsten King, (Founder of Big Sky Vacation Rentals) are at the helm of this locally rooted vacation rental company. Together we have over 25 years of industry experience and we are well known amongst our industry peers.
First and foremost, we want to be honest. We are looking for partners, not just properties. Vacation rentals can get a bad rap and we aim to change that. Curate Telluride is deeply passionate about our town and community. We are committed to giving back to the local community where we live, work and play. Alongside our homeowners, we've created the Curate Collective to assist non-profit organizations and keep our community vibrant.
Together, we are tackling the challenges facing small resort towns like ours. Excellent client service! Immediate action to address client needs, timely communication, fiercely advocate for client with 3rd party platforms/guests, great care for property guests, high attention to detail, good knowledge of property care, wide range of connections with local contractors, well-known in the community, nice people, easy to work with, respectful of client's preferences, and always professional comportment. Very pleased overall!
