Summit Mountain Rentals (SMR) is a privately owned, locally operated, full-service property management company focused on short-term vacation rentals in Summit County, Colorado. We’ve been building our property management business since 2002 when we purchased The Hotel Frisco; we then acquired Summit Mountain Rentals in 2006. We now manage more than 300 properties in the Summit County area ranging from luxurious mountain homes to boutique condominiums.
