Dana and her crew are outstanding. They communicate really well, take great care of our property, are very flexible with owner stays, have a great maintenance team, and really work with owners on any concerns.
Tahoe Signature Properties has managed our STR for several years. Our experience with them has been amazing. They always keep the home looking fresh and clean, and in perfect order. The cleaning staff does a great job and any repairs are handled quickly and efficiently.
TSP is very responsive to any and all of our communications. They offer a great customer base. Many of our renters have been repeat visitors and the quality of the renters they book has always seems to be excellent.
We love that TSP handles every aspect of the rental process with little to no effort on our part, they just make it easy for us as owners. They are on top of everything and nothing is ever neglected or falls through the cracks. They are an exceptional full service management company. We can highly recommend Tahoe Signature Properties and are very pleased to be working with them!

Tahoe Signature Properties is a local company. They know the area, know how to take care of our community. Properties, bears, trash, parking and neighborhoods that have rentals near them. The most professional company that I know of. It's a must to hire local because they care about our community!! Always available for the owner as well as the guests that visit Tahoe and Truckee. They are number one. Our home has never looked better and the guests that visit just love working with them. All I can say is....WOW! I can't thank you all enough!! Great job Tahoe Signature Properties!!!

Tahoe signature properties makes having an investment property, that is far from my home, easy and stress free. They take care of basic maintenance issues and communicate well and honestly on bigger items that may need addressing. Many of the excellent reviews my house has recieved are directly related to the quick, friendly, and respectful response they have been shown by the management team at TSP. I have other investment properties in other parts of the country but Tahoe Signature Properties is and has been the gold standard for me as a property management company.
