Our commission is 28%. However, with Tahoe Signature properties, you get five star service and that includes bonuses like our annual maintenance package and hot tub service!

We’ve worked hard to have a large online presence and a top-notch website which brings in over 40% of our bookings directly to us! We also apply marketing strategies that leverage our current guest email list, paid ads and social media so guests can find us easily. Additionally, we utilize platforms like  VRBO, Airbnb, Tahoe.com, Visit Truckee Tahoe , and Whimstay we can reach hundreds of thousands of potential guests easily!

One of our most important goals at Tahoe Signature Properties is making sure that each and every home is cared for as if it were our own. That’s why we offer things like thorough pre-arrival and post-departure inspections, prompt issue reporting, and damage waivers. This ensures that no matter what happens, our team is going to be on-site to manage the situation in a timely manner. In terms of maintenance and cleaning, we have one of the most versatile and fastidious teams in the region! Our cleaning and maintenance departments are both in-house which means we get to oversee the hiring and training to ensure that each team member is performing to our high standards. Plus, each home has a dedicated cleaning team so that the team knows how to clean your home from top to bottom consistently. Plus, we only use eco-friendly supplies, to both ensure that your home is cleaned with the best quality, non-toxic products and that we adhere to our sustainable business standards.

We know how important having a personal connection is - especially when it comes to your home! That’s why each of our homeowners have one dedicated account person who you can reach out to at any time. Your account manager will make sure to communicate everything with you from maintenance issues and questions to accounting. You can expect monthly statements posted in the owner portal and a year-end 1099 is provided. Throughout the year, we will file the quarterly TOT taxes to the town and/or county on your behalf.

That’s why we use Trust Account Management. With Trust Account Management, all the money earned from bookings - including reservation fees and additional charges, are securely collected into a designated trust account. The trust account serves as a safeguard, separating guest payments from operational funds, and ensuring the security and integrity of financial transactions.After guests have checked out, the funds then get disbursed allowing us to accurately account for any additional charges or fees that may arise during a guest's stay..We always want to be completely transparent with our clients and that means providing detailed financial reports. These reports outline all income, expenses, and disbursements, so you have a clear and comprehensive overview of your property's financial performance.Once all relevant charges have been accounted for, funds are disbursed promptly, allowing property owners to have quick and predictable access to their earnings.

Sure you can find Airbnb’s from around the world, but we here - we know this region and we’re around to help in the same time zone - for all our guest and homeowner inquiries. We also hire the very best of the best - from reservationists to cleaning crew. Then once they’re hired, we keep up on training so that every team member is a professional at the very top of their industry.Our in-house cleaning and maintenance crews means that they all know all of our homes inside and out. We don’t hire outside vendors unless it’s a specialty repair because we have skills trades and cleaners right here, in house! We’re detail oriented to a fault! As soon as the paperwork is signed, we get to work staging and photographing your home. We put finishing touches to rooms that need it so that we can create stunning images that will market your home for the incredible property that it is! Our policy is that the 5 stars start at ‘hello’.
