Bluewater Vacation Homes has the most professional and friendly team I've ever worked with. They have managed my 7 bedroom vacation rental property for over 15 years. I cannot say enough good about them. The communication is prompt, the clients are screened and qualified, the cleaning crew extremely efficient and their maintenance crew are very professional. I HIGHLY recommend Bluewater and plan to stay a client for many years to come.
My property is not just a number on a spreadsheet for Bluewater. They care about my property and guests. Bluewater ownership and staff are smart and responsive and invaluable.

They have been Managing our third generation Vacation Home for more than a decade. We have never had any major complaints about the service, friendliness, responsiveness, etc. always a pleasure to work with.

We spent a long time fielding various property management candidates before we landed on Bluewater. We had seen their vans around town and heard they had a good reputation. It was clear after our first meeting that they run a super professional, responsive, tight ship. They've been great to work with, have generated a lot of income on our home, and have always been easy when it comes to little things like working around our own calendar, etc. Zero complaints over here.

When I decided to chose a company to manage our rental I was looking for three things 1) how responsive are they when things go wrong as let's face it nothing is ever perfect. 2) the clientele they bring in 3) experience. Being that the owner is from the hospitality space that helps.

We have been working with Bluewater Vacation Homes for over 10 years now. Their service, standards and success in renting our place (only) to qualified renters has been nothing short of spectacular. We regularly receive our checks and a professional and detailed accounting of all income and expenses. The staff are equally professional and helpful, and they keep the home immaculate.
