Bluewater Vacation Homes has the most professional and friendly team I've ever worked with. They have managed my 7 bedroom vacation rental property for over 15 years. I cannot say enough good about them. The communication is prompt, the clients are screened and qualified, the cleaning crew extremely efficient and their maintenance crew are very professional. We spent a long time fielding various property management candidates before we landed on Bluewater. We had seen their vans around town and heard they had a good reputation. It was clear after our first meeting that they run a super professional, responsive, tight ship. They've been great to work with, have generated a lot of income on our home, and have always been easy when it comes to little things like working around our own calendar, etc. Zero complaints over here.

When I decided to chose a company to manage our rental I was looking for three things 1) how responsive are they when things go wrong as let's face it nothing is ever perfect. 2) the clientele they bring in 3) experience. Being that the owner is from the hospitality space that helps.
