Avantstay is easily the premier property management company. They are continually elevating the traveler experience by enabling our guests to curate custom experiences each time they visit. The technology in our home is customer centric and they are thinking about everything a guest would need before they know they need it. Additionally, our home is very well maintained, clean and evokes a feeling of welcome the moment you step through the door. Every conversation with our management team lets me know they are thinking of my home, and their partnership and proactivity is top notch. Finally, their marketing strategy guarantees my home occupancy is higher than local market metrics. I like that both me and my guests are well taken care of.
AvantStay is amazing; what is wonderful and different from so many other str, is that you know what you are getting, no huge surprises like AirBNB. I think your employees are terrific too.

My experience is completely formed by my experience with the owner experience manager David Young. He is always responsive and dependable and excellent in every way. We stay with Avantstay as property management because of him.

Many companies promise turnkey operation and management of real estate. I have been an investor for 13 years with many dozens of units in or through my hands in that time. Avantstay's management is the first time I've ever found a company that literally takes care of everthing.
Many tech startups think you solve people and real estate problems by typing. You only solve them with hard work and applicaiton of human intelligence. Avanstay combines the best of tech (smart home monitoring, big data market revenue management) with real boots on the ground with hammers and screwdrivers.
Examples: Guests broke garage door. Avantstay sent me pictures within hours and assured me damage would be paid for by tenant deposit and insurance. They informed future bookings. We stay at our Avanstay house about twice a year. We make a list of small fixes and area manager makes them happen.
Many neighbors were worried about parties and badly behaved guests. Avantstay has secuirity on retainer checking by properties. Staff are out there all the time. Exerior video cameras. Noise monitoring. Party squasher that detects when too many devices connected to wifi. Building wealth in real estate is best accomplished by just holding properties a long time. Avantstay is helping make this happen.
