We earn 15-25% commission for full service management.

We market homes on major booking platforms, niche platforms, direct booking sites, and corporate/insurance/travel nursing databases.

We are a full service short-term rental and corporate accommodation management service provider, handling everything from interior design consulting to preparation for photo shoots, managing the bookings, guest management, coordinating professional cleaners, providing monthly financial payout statements to homeowners, and coordinating many home repairs with a custom list of contractors closest to the property.

4. Communication & Reporting: How do you communicate with homeowners and what types of reports do you provide? Who will I be working with on your team? Will I have a dedicated representative or a team approach?

My team and I communicate with owners in their preferred method, often in group texts or chat services.

Our guest vetting system includes the opportunity for guests to pay a modest fee for $500 of damage protection, while the provider covers up to $5 Million in protection. We file claims on the owner's behalf through major booking platforms that have damage protections in place at the time of booking. Homeowners insurance policies are always a last resort for damage claims, but we have not needed to do that, to date. Any damages we've seen thus far have been minor and well under the $500 the guests cover.

9. Revenue Management: Please explain your strategy for revenue management? How do you determine pricing to optimize earnings? Do you utilize dynamic pricing software, manage rates manually, or employ a combination of both methods?

We employ a combination of pricing strategies to maximize revenue, from dynamic pricing to manual rate adjustments.
