We hold all guest and owner funds in trust accounts.

We trust that Missy and Tom's Team will do their very best to maximize our revenue while protecting our vacation rental home investment. Their standards are high and we believe that's why we have so many return guests. There were other "technology based" options, but we feel it is important to engage a local company who uses tech, but is a true partner, because they have a vested interest in their home town.
