We are a locally-owned and operated short-term rental property management company and we can help with your vacation home. Our goal is to provide a return on your investment by welcoming quality guests into your home with plenty of communication to ensure everything runs smoothly. All of our properties are city-approved and fully-permitted.

OUR SERVICES

Marketing & Technology

We work with Streamline, a vacation rental reservation software, to market your listings on the most well-known booking channels like VRBO, Airbnb and Tripdvisor. We also work with a Marketing Consultant to help execute our marketing plan, oversee analytics, manage campaigns and provide advice on best practices. All of this is to make a return on your investment with the most bookings, at the highest quality, through the best avenues known to the industry.

Reservations & Bookings

We create your listing and push those listings to our website and other booking channels. We handle all guest payments and guide the booking process from start to finish. We have a wonderful housekeeping and maintenance team available for any issues or concerns. We also provide you with an Owner Login for access to Streamline so you can reserve the house yourself, check availability and so on. 

Guest Management

Communication with our guests is forefront and center for our team. We ensure each guest has all tools necessary to check-in and check-out on their own. They are educated with Virginia Beach’s rules and regulations to make sure we are all on the same page. It’s important to our team that our neighborhoods and other residents do not have to encounter any issues with guests.

Accounting & Admin

Commissions are based on the tier of your choice. Each month, you receive a report along with a direct deposit for your earned rental income from the previous month’s reservations. We oversee and send in all city and state tax payments along with invoicing and billing for any repairs, contractor help, service agreements and so forth. We handle all the details for you.

City Permits & Approval

Are you interested in jumping into the short term rental industry with some help from us? We are here to help with the city permit process and any other required applications should your home be in the approved area to operate. We can help with documentation, applications, parking permits, inspections, life and safety reports and so on. Reach out to us for more information. 

Field Operations

Housekeeping and maintenance are the heart of what we do. We would not be able to offer well-maintained rentals without the dedication and around-the-clock hard work this team puts into your home. We handle everything from cleanings, minor repairs, contractors, service agreements and quarterly must-haves. It is with the utmost importance that the rentals operate smoothly with the proper upkeep to provide the best product available to visitors of our great resort city.
