Cleaning and Maintenance are both in-house and contracted depending on location.

Homeowner liason will be appointed to owners based on location of property. Reporting is offered monthly and at every reservation.

We hold guests' and owners' funds in trust accounts.

We are at the forefront of technology and best practices within the industry. Having a tech platform that can best serve a homeowner is paramount for property security, financial management of property, and overall guests' and homeowners' satisfaction.

We are a tourism and hospitality group that purely exists to best serve the guests, which allows us to specialize in best taking care of the home.

We have an insurance policy through our group and every reservation, underwritten by Lloyds of London, insuring against damage - each guests is audited our group to make sure they are the appropriate fit for our properties.

We have dedicated technology and an industry trained expert revenue manager overseeing each property when requested. We also deploy pricing floors based on specific homeowner's requests.
