Redrock management has been fantastic to work with to say the least. I have properties all over the United States, and also own some sail boats in different countries. Redrock has been by far the best manager I've ever dealt with. they do a fantastic job managing my property from getting many rentals, making sure the property is ready and clean, and providing a fantastic experience for the renters, hence a 5 star rating from guests. Redrock also goes up and beyond with fixing the property if there is an issue. for instance, a door hinge broke, but I would have never known about it, and the door still worked fine, they arranged for a replacement and got it fixed. If I could give them a higher than 5 rating I would. I'd recommend them to anyone renting one of their properties, as well as owners trusting them to take care of their property.

When I fist signed with Red Rocks I was leery of the rate they charged. I am more than 2 years into the relationship and I think they are worth every penny ! They are very quick to respond to me and to my guests, the house is spotless, the minor repairs are taken care of very quickly, and their customer service is top notch.

We "inherited" Red Rock Vacation Rentals from the prior owner when we purchased this 7-bedroom home, but they immediately brought their entire management team to meet with us, explain their strategy, provide helpful instruction, and reassure us of their intention to provide top-shelf service. Red Rock has outperformed even the high bar they set for themselves. Just over three years into our experience, we couldn't be happier with their overall performance. Through the challenges of explosive growth that they have faced in the greater St. George market, they have been professional, attentive, personal, and detail-oriented -- both with us as owners and with our guests. They have truly linked arms with us to provide the best experience possible to our guests, and as a result the revenues generated have far surpassed our expectations. We count many individuals at Red Rock as not just service providers, but friends. A business relationship doesn't get any better than that. Bravo, Red Rock!

As a vacation rental owner, Red Rock has been outstanding. Red Rock provide guests an excellent experience and so we felt confident using Red Rock as our property manager for our Town Center property. They have been proactive, collaborative and conscientious.

I have been with Red Rock for 3+ years. They have provided great services in all aspects of managing my rental. Whenever there is an issue, it has been taken care of in a timely & satisfactory manner. I’m sure their growth in the past 3 yrs is due to excellent service.

Red Rock Vacation Rental management company has been a great company to work with as an owner of a vacation rental townhouse in St. George, UT. They work very hard at marketing, hosting, cleaning, and maintaining the property. They are quick to communicate with me if there are any issues. I have a lot of confidence that they will keep my townhouse clean, secure, and presented well for guests. I have access to them 24-7. I love their owner's online portal where I can log-in anytime and check how reservations are doing, look at monthly statements, and even schedule an owner's stay. Thank you Red Rock for doing such a great job managing my place!
