We told STR Management that we don't want to do a single minute of management- and they stepped in and took over every single item. They handle the yard, linens, the pool, neighbor communications, they helped us apply for our license, and they pay the hotel taxes for us and negotiate all of the details.
The team made the onboarding process quick and easy! It was about 2 weeks from my first call, to my property being live on airbnb, AustinVacay, and other platforms. The unit is already booked! Day 3 of being live with STR Management. Super Excited!

Don't pass these guys up. They are professional, great communicators, and use technology to their advantage. Here's why I chose STRM as opposed to managing things myself, which was the obvious other option:
1. Time - I am almost completely hands off other than making decisions about repairs etc. They even handle supplying linens and lawn maintenance
2. They were able to remove an extortionist bad review by triangulating the indivudal's behavior across multiple of their properties
3. They have price tech to move your property up or down based on the market, season etc. which for Austin is critical because of huge events like SXSW and ACL
4. Any time I've had a question they'll get on the phone with me and talk through it

-STR Management has been truly a blessing to work with. Managing a property, especially a short term rental is never easy, but with STR management it is. From fixing broken pipes to helping me get my STR license, everything has been effortless.
I hope to carry on this relationship for years to come and have truly enjoyed every second working together.
