My family and I have been with Auntie Belhams for over 25 years. John Madewell and his staff have done a wonderful job for us. I would recommend Auntie Belhams to anyone with vacation properties.
Lauren and team at Auntie Belham’s do a fantastic job at creating a positive owner experience as well as a guest experience. When I have a question or concern they are always there to answer, correct, fix/repair, or make it right if there was a mix-up. There have been several times where they made a one-off visit based on a text or email and I had to beg my previous property manager to do things like that. They care about your property as if it was their own and don’t treat it like a cash machine to only extract money until it falls apart and I truly appreciate and value that. The management fees and the extras fees do add up and your net income will be less than other PM’s so be prepared for this but know that your cabin is being taken care of in place of that.

I left another company because I was not getting bookings and my place was a mess.
Lauren first response to me was that my cabin was not up to their standards However they were willing to go the extra mile and fix it up. Including decorating.
My bookings are up, my place looks beautiful and I am looking forward to meeting everyone in the spring
