Wasn't sure about a virtual company, but wow, Midtown Stays nailed it. I've been with them for 3 years now and I'm planning to continue working with them for sure. They handle the payments and even the boring tax stuff. Had a question, pinged them on Slack, and got a super quick answer. They make renting out my place a breeze.
They've been managing two of my properties for a few years now and I love how they made everything so easy for me. They're virtual, but honestly, everything feels super personal. Feels like I have a buddy in the property biz.
