Great company. Here are tge highlights:
1. Rental revenue: They have consistently returned very high rental revenue/utilization.
2. Advice: They help us to direct our spending to items that will improve the rental experience which increases rental revenue.
3. House stewardship; They take great care of our house. We don't see the house for long periods of time and it is always in great shape when we return. They coordinate necessary routine maintenance and when "things happen", they get the problem fixed quickly and for a reasonable cost.
4. No nonsense: They dont hit us with junk fees and surprise charges.
5. Always There: If we have a question or concern, they are always there and ready to help. They are very much our advocates and partners.
6. Guest Relations: The guests love them.
