I vet and hire the best cleaning companies. I personally set up a maintenance and inspection schedule to spot check their work and handle quarterly maintenance needs.

I only service Oklahoma and houses and I be physically at from time to time.

AirCover at AirBnB has been my best friend. If using other platforms I suggest private insurance & guest deposits.
