I've been using Lewis since 2014 for my oceanside condo rental. They have been outstanding from the get-go. They use every sensible means available to promote my property so bookings have been solid. Chris, the manager, has been always available and responsive when needed. The only issue I have had is with the guest turnover inspection service and, at times, the cleaning service. Nevertheless, my overall rating is 5 stars.
Been using Lewis Realty for 10 years for rental property management. The owner Chris and the entire staff are competent, extremely responsive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They go out of their way to maximize owner revenue. They only issue I have had over these 10 years is the maid service and turnover inspections between guests. Would never think of changing my manager.

Lewis Realty has managed my three beach condos for over ten years and I don't have a single complaint. I can reach the staff at any time and they are always responsive. Problems (AC issues, broken appliances, etc) are dealt with swiftly and they keep me in the loop in any decision making. I've recommended Lewis Realty to other property owners many times. I feel lucky to have them in my corner.
