I am so glad we changed property management companies years ago
and decided to have Atlantic Realty manage our home in Kill Devil Hills. As you know our house is very precious to us but not exactly prime vacation property. We are on the wrong side of the dreaded highway but since we are behind a great restaurant and across from a fabulous putt putt course, our guests have some things within walking distance. And with everything your company offers our guests, they seem to love their choice of our vacation home. We have people sign our guest book and speak highly of the location and the house. Last year was our best year ever with almost every week booked! Thanks for all you and Atlantic Realty do to make our beach house profitable and for making our guests feel so special. The person who cleans our house does such a good job. As you know we usually only rent our place in the summer but your company bends over backwards to help us with things even in the off-season. We look forward to many, many more years of being one of your rental properties. "Thanks again for everything”
I have owned on the Outer Banks for many years and have never before received the excellent service I have received from Atlantic Realty. I have used them for both sales and rental. They are friendly, responsive, and efficient. I highly recommend them and plan to continue to use their services.

Thank you for letting me know about the carpet and the curtain. So glad they both cleaned up ok. Also, thank you for calling the AC place to check on the AC issue. I was worried leaving the doors open all week caused it to freeze up outside. Glad to know that wasn't the cause. The system is not that old, but seems to have an issue every season. Nothing ever seems to hold up as well at the beach though I guess due to the salt air. I'm glad it was something they could fix easily and quickly so it didn't impact the renters this week. I appreciate you all checking on the house and the yard for us after last week's rental......I appreciate that you all scheduled the filter checks too. That's a great idea. Didn't realize that was something you all did..... Your attention to this situation and your communication with me about it, is greatly appreciated. I don't envy your job...but you do it very well.

From our first call, we were impressed with the level of knowledge & information that made our dreams a reality. The responsiveness of the Property Management staff is incredible, always putting our needs as a priority & looking out for the best interest of our beach home. Their level of time/dedication to their clients is outstanding! Before we bought our house in Corolla we had always rented through Atlantic Realty, so when we finally bought our own salty piece of land it was a no-brainer that we wanted them to be our property management company. Everyone from top to bottom has been responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. Living in NJ we needed to make sure that we fully trusted whoever we had to manage our summer rentals and we couldn't be happier with the way Atlantic handles things. Whether it's a small leak or a major fix their communication and attention to our needs has been top-notch. Our house isn't just an investment to us, it's our piece of heaven that we try to go to whenever we can, and we trust that Atlantic understands that and will always be there for us.
