All employees are very polite and helpful. An example - on a recent visit our entry door code did not work. We called Coastal and requested help and the team including the CEO could have not have been any more helpful . Including follow up to confirm that we were able to enter our unit

Having gone through two other management companies, it became clear that moving to Coastal Carolina Vacations and Sales was the best decision. Coastal is well rounded with all aspects of the rental/sales process, from the property owners to the renters including the maintenance and cleanings in between. This also includes the coordination with outside vendors (landscape, etc) as needed on our behalf. It is very clear to us that Coastal Carolina's mission is focused on quality all around over quantity.
We couldn't be more pleased with our experience in working with Coastal Carolina Vacations and Sales.

Coastal Carolina has been an great resource to us as we navigate our first vacation home property. We (and our guests) are very pleased with their communication and friendliness. They did a great job with our property photos and visit the house regularly - giving us great peace of mind.

CCV provides me with a comfort level that my home is being cared for when I am in PA. They understand the needs of both the guests and owners and somehow manage to find a way to satisfy both, which I can only imagine is not always an easy task. Quick to respond to questions/concerns. Great maintenance service with no unnecessary or petty charges. The piece of mind they provide is priceless.

We joined Coastal the year they opened. They took care of all the headaches - our previous managers had a financial mess. It was right after COVID - finding cleaners was impossible. Checked the house prior to the first guests: all the details covered, spotless and staged. Over the years that housekeeping has remained stellar, maintenance has been easy and attentive , and the house fills time and again.
Wife and I agree: best move since buying the property.
