We switched management companies to BRMR and what a blessing! Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals has been by far an amazing experience. Low turnover in staff. Our manager Erica(and staff) has been outstanding with consistent delivery on making sure that our cabin renters are pleased with their stay, we owners are satisfied with their service and the invaluable marketing efforts are made to ensure consistent bookings for our property. BRMR are very professional and really apply their core values to clients.
I’ve been doing business with BRMR since 2015, as a renter and as a property owner.
Housekeeping at my property has been exemplary.
Management and staff are totally trustworthy and responsive to needs/concerns.
There’s a lot of competition, but I believe BRMR is the best choice!

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals (BRMR) takes better care of my mountain cabin than I would myself and they understand the rental market in the mountains better than all other firms bar none. They have taken loving care of my log cabin which has fantastic mountain views for over 13 years. As a homeowner, participating in their rental program, has allowed me to have a second home in the mountains, which is wonderful, at a net total positive income after all expenses. I was super surprised bc I was advised that rental incomes usually only covers half of all costs. BRMR has a ton of in-house talent including webmasters (with an active "chat" feature for potential guests to ask questions), schedulers, an entire maintenance team to manage cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and hot tub/appliance/grill maintenance. They provide email addresses for all their contacts for me to ask questions and sort out problems which is great since I live 3 hours away. They even put up Christmas and Thanksgiving decorations for me. The only thing I do is manage the yard upkeep with a local company.

The experience with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is outstanding. Responsive and comprehensive they handle EVERYTHING for you as an owner. Sometimes I turn to my partner and say "did you know we have a renter arriving today?" and when she says "no" we relish that Blue Ridge has handled every part of the booking channel management, interaction with guests, cleaning, maintenance and 24/7 support. We joke that in the midst of one of the worst winters our home was safer under their care and being checked on more than our primary residence. Have recommended extensively to friends and colleagues who have had a similar experience and could not recommend more highly.

We’ve been working with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals (BRMR) as customers and, later, a homeowner since 1999. Over the years they have grown and expanded their services, but have always been responsive, problem-solvers who are a pleasure to know. I appreciate their deep roots in the community they serve, enabling them to leverage the existing labor force to get stuff done — things as simple (but important) as trash pickup to major repairs after a pipe bursts. I also like their data-driven approach, which helps me make decisions to maximize rental income as the market changes over the years. Suffice to say with BRMR we spend a lot less time worrying about our property than we otherwise would, which works out well since we live out of state.
