We charge between 18%-25% of accommodation revenue with no hidden or upfront costs to get started.

We utilize the major platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Google Vacation rentals, along with our own direct booking website which we push people to from email, SEO, social media, and repeat guests.

We take pride in providing an in-house boots on the ground team to clean and maintain your property. This sets us apart by having more control and customizations to each property's needs.

You will have a dedicated representative that will provide detailed monthly statements, as well as an owner portal to monitor progress, financials, and activity on your own time.

We follow trust accounting principals and have a CPA on staff to ensure accuracy. Each of our owners get detailed monthly financial reports.

We use a property management software that allows us to manage everything in one central location to ensure balls aren't getting dropped.
