Best of OC Condo Rentals LLC has grown out of our family tradition of great times at the beach together. We rented units until 2000 when we purchased our first condo. We decided to share it with others when we could not be there by renting it out. Over time we purchased a larger unit to meet our growing family needs, still renting out the dates we did not need. Starting in 2009 we purchased additional units as investments and began renting them out via Vrbo. When our Friends and relatives heard the rent we were receiving they asked us to manage their properties. We now manage 44 luxury properties in Ocean City. We know what people need and want to have a great vacation. We have grown to have 6 local employees, utilize enterprise level management software that includes trust accounting, dynamic pricing, and interfaces to over 30 vacation rental web sites. We have great cleaners to care for your unit, talented repair people as well as contractors for appliance repair, plumbing, painting and flooring. We produce top rental income through detailed analysis of the marketplace as well as over 40 years of sales experience. We do not want to grow to become a large firm. We strive to provide great owner as well as customer service.
