We love using suches vacation rentals for our property management company. They take all the headache out of renting a property. Upkeep of our rental home, bookings as well as maintenance needed at our property. Joni and her crew have always been super responsive about any of our needs!
Extremely trustworthy and great work ethic. Very innovative marketing concepts for our properties and quick responses to any maintenance issues. We cannot imagine a group that is as concerned about the care and maintenance of our property as the owners are.

SVR is the perfect partner to handle our cabin rental. This is our first foray into renting out our cabin, and Joni and her staff have been exceptional. They’ve gone to our cabin to meet repair companies and provided information and recommendations on using other businesses in the area - all while we were in Florida. I’ve met most members of her team and each has been helpful, courteous, and truly interested in helping.

Joni, April and team are very responsive to my regular and incessant inquires. Over the last few years, they have morphed from trusted business partners and supported me in developing a campground in Suches. They are always there for me and more than gracious when I need help. Joni and her staff at Suches Vacation Rentals are very professional in every aspect of their work, and Joni stays abreast of all of the latest trends in vacation rentals. From cleaning to planning and marketing, they are also very thorough. For example, our very old house is difficult to clean but it is always spotless. Importantly, they work to ensure that guests have a good experience through good communication, accurate advertising, and nice touches in the house. Joni's value of hospitality shines through everything she does, including her assistance and support of home owners. We highly recommend SVR!
