PKRM is very responsive with courteous staff and wants to help customers. I am on the board of directors for the Purple Parrot Resort and use them as my rental management company. I highly recommend them as a rental management company to manage your property or use them to find great choices on rentals.
Working with Kim Pyle to get my short term rental up and running was a joy. There were special situations with my HOA and Kim helped me understand and navigate them. She recommended items for furnishing, and also items to avoid. She introduced me to an affordable handyman who helped me with furniture assembly and hanging large pictures. Kim worked hard to keep my property rented and was quick with a call back if I had questions or concerns. Without reservation, I recommend Kim Pyle and PKRM.

We have been with Perdido Key Resort Management for a little over a year. We have found them very easy to work with, reliable, responsive and great in managing and reporting our financials. They are reasonable in their managment fees and keep the property looking nice. They keep us well-informed on the status of the property and we love being able to access our records and rental calendars online.

My husband and I are new to vacation rental; it has been our experience that our contact Jason, goes above and beyond to make sure every concern that we have is met. It is important to us that whoever uses our rental has the same experience we want when we vacation. Our property should be a place to relax and feel at home and Jason is readily available to assist in any way. We are very grateful to him and the staff at PKRM.

I have been using PKRM for over two years now. They have helped me in several ways over this time. I live out of state and have been able to get several jobs completed on our condo. They were able to assist is supervising a new hot water heater install as well as a refrigerate swap. All the many small things that they keep up is too much to list. They have differently made it possible for me to be a successful owner.
