This does not mean that we give away units for low prices, but it does mean that we are constantly looking at the competition and booking trends so we don’t miss out on potential revenue. Loyal Repeat Guests: We keep in communication with an extensive database of former guests, so you’ll have a waiting list of loyal guests from day 1. OTAs/Third Party Channels: We use all the latest third party booking sites like AirBnB and VRBO and Google to maximize the visibility of your home and ensure that no matter how your guests find your home, booking is a breeze.
