What’s not to like with Joseph Ellen Property management. We live out of state and if/when unfortunate events arise, we are quickly notified, a solution is in the process of being implemented, and we get to sit back and relax. The group is super attentive to any needs we might have and their monthly reporting is accurate and timely. On top of that, I consider Melody a friend! Can’t ask for anything else in a management group. A++
We started working working with JEP since the beginning of opening our Airbnb and they have always exceeded expectations. Always quick to respond and leave us feeling completely at ease knowing they are caring for our home the same way we do.

Joseph Ellen husband, a wonderful company to work with. I am allowed to be as hands-on or hands off as I want to be, and they just adjust around my needs. Great company to work with.

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation staying in this property. It was close to lots of amenities, and the walk to the beach was easy and simple. We also enjoyed playing tennis at the nearby courts. The interior of the home is beautifully decorated and so relaxing to be in. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

It’s been a great experience working with Andrew and Melody. They are wonderful, professional and tasteful staging my property for short term rental. From the beginning, it’s been super smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend them to whoever wants to hire them managing their STR.

This house is absolutely perfect for families who are looking for the best beach get away. The beds are comfortable, the decoration is amazing, and the patio is lovely. The chairs for the beach were an amazing addition to the home as well as the outdoor shower!

Joseph Ellen has managed our Jax Beach property since 2021 and we could not be more pleased. We have been impressed with their responsiveness to both us and our guests, and their ability to quickly resolve problems as they arise. They are able to keep our STR nearly fully occupied and we haven't had any major issues. We strongly recommend them for short term rentals in NE Florida.

Joseph Ellen Property Management is handsdown the best pm we have worked with in Duval county. Our first two property managers were lacking, so we were very pleased when we found JE. Andrew and the team are fantastic communicators, very proactive in addressing concerns, and fairly priced. We have been very pleased.

I was brand new to short term rentals. Andrew and Melody "Said, no problem we got you!" All I had to do was provide a beautiful house And they did all of the design , the layout , the pictures , the marketing Got it on to all of the platforms and have had it eighty five Percent or greater occupied since the first guest. I don't have to worry about bookings or batteries. They offer full service valet done for you.Short-term rental management and I wouldn't use anyone else. You shouldn't either.

Joseph Ellen has been the best decision we have made for our property management company to manage our rental property in Jacksonville. They are quick to respond to both ours and our guests concerns and issues. They have their own vendors to help with any issues that come up with the property and if they happen to not have one on hand, they are quick to find someone who does quality work. They are also extremely reasonable with their management fees. Very happy and highly recommend them!

I have had Joseph Ellen properties manage my rental for more than two years and they have done a fantastic job. They both keep my occupancy high while maintaining the home as if it was new all while keeping expenses down. I would recommend them to anyone looking for property management or design.
