We have a range of commissions that is based on different factors.

We utilize Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and our direct booking website to market properties. We also use the social media channels and email marketing to get return guests.

We provide all services to include cleaning, interior maintenance, exterior maintenance, and inspections. We are full-service and want to make this as hands off for our clients.

4. Communication & Reporting: How do you communicate with homeowners and what types of reports do you provide? Who will I be working with on your team? Will I have a dedicated representative or a team approach?

We send out owner reports monthly that includes financials and a market summary.

5. Financial Management: Please discuss how you handle financial management for the properties you manage. Do you follow trust accounting principles?

We have a proprietary full-stack technology platform that we have fully integrated into all of our services.

Not only are we property managers but we are also investors. As owners, we understand how to manage an asset and what information the owner is interested in. We like to partner with clients to continue to build wealth.
