We offer a commission-only pricing model- which means we only get paid when your property gets booked. We do offer an optional monthly bill-pay service, which has a fixed monthly fee.

2. Marketing: Please detail the strategies you utilize to market properties to guests.

iTrip properties benefit from the brand recognition of a company that is present in over 100 locations across North America, with over 4,000 properties under management. Not only do we drive direct bookings via our own website, but we are Elite Software Partners with Vrbo (one of only a handful in the world), and list on over 80 partner websites, including Airbnb, Homes & Villas by Marriott, Booking.com, and all other major online travel agencies.

3. Cleaning & Maintenance: Please outline your property management services, including but not limited to cleaning, inspections and maintenance.

All properties are cleaned the day after checkout - unless another guest is checking in the following day, in which case the cleaning and inspection is done the same day as checkout. Free light maintenance is provided- for example: we never charge an owner for replacing an incandescent light bulb. All other maintenance is provided at no mark-up to the owner, meaning: the cost of maintenance is the same as if you were hiring the job yourself.

4. Communication & Reporting: How do you communicate with homeowners and what types of reports do you provide? Who will I be working with on your team? Will I have a dedicated representative or a team approach?

Monthly statements are provided to owners via our owner portal, which gives access to calendar overviews of future bookings, performance metrics, the ability to book their own home, pay any maintenance charges (if needed) and get a complete picture of their property and its performance with iTrip.

5. Financial Management: Please discuss how you handle financial management for the properties you manage. Do you follow trust accounting principles?

We follow trust accounting principles and strictly adhere to all state and federal laws regarding trust accounting. We never use money that we have not earned, and hold money in an escrow account for all bookings until checkout.

6. Technology: What kind of technology do you employ and how does this technology provide benefits to both homeowners and guests?

iTrip's proprietary software connects to all major listing sites and dozens of regional listing sites across the globe. We are integrated with several intelligent platforms like Revmax and Key Data Dashboard to ensure our owners maximize the revenue they're getting from their properties, and guests get the best price for the dates they're considering.
