We have an 80/20 commission split.

We have extensive revenue management teams; free professional photography to owners; no marketing costs are passed to owners

We have dedicated and local housekeeping and maintenance staff and multiple office location throughout the panhandle of Florida.We utilize inspectors prior to guest and owner arrivals.

We have monthly owner communications and an owner portal where owners can see bookings and revenue and also block dates for themselves.

We follow trust accounting procedures.

We utilize multiple vacation rental systems to help our operation achieve efficiency, via SMS and email between departments and to arriving and in-house guests.

We are a true local company and have a 96% owner retention rate year over year.

We do have a damage fee charged to the guest for each stay. We use Safely vacation rental insurance and guest screening for every guest stay.

We use a combination of manual and pricing software to achieve optimal rates each season.
