We sponsor many local events with the Winter Park Chamber and give back to charities. We provided dedicated page on the website with professional photography of each unit. Since we have been in busy for 50+ years, we have a large data base of return customers and have many direct marketing initiatives in place as well as partnering with larger OTA in the vacation rental market.

3. Cleaning & Maintenance: Please outline your property management services, including but not limited to cleaning, inspections and maintenance.

We off full service housekeeping, unit inspections and maintenance services.

We have a monthly newsletter that will be emailed to owners. We also have a dedicated team that owners can email, call or text for communicating.

Yes we follow all trust accounting principals.

We offer online portal for owners to view statements, make reservations and view upcoming reservations. We have state of the art PMS and telephone system.

We offer damage insurance to all guests that help to cover any types of damages that may occur in a unit. We also require a deposit with credit card prior to a guest checking into one of our rentals. The housekeeping team will collect pictures and all documentation if there is damage and our director of guests services will personally reach out to the guest.

We implement efficient tactics to achieve increased rates and minimums with a personal approach. While there are numerous software solutions available for automating rate adjustments, the presence of a dedicated individual leads to higher revenues.

Our local offices at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482 are where we manage our front desk, call center, group sales, and commercial laundry operations. StayWinterPark specializes in booking vacation rentals from Winter Park Ski Resort to the Tabernash area. We actively support local events in partnership with the Winter Park Chamber, including Grand Concerts, Blues from the Top, and the Colorado Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
