We had another managment company when we first started and I can't stress enough how important it is to get a good managemet company for your short term rental. It's the difference between good reviews and no reviews. It's the difference between caring and uncaring. It's the difference between on top of every aspect and dropping balls left and right. Trust me it MATTERS who manages your property and Mountain Time is the VERY BEST!
