Commission structure ranges from 10%-20% depending on services needed. This range looks like revenue and listing management up to full service hands off for the homeowner.

We use Airbnb, Vrbo, and a direct booking website to market our properties.

A specific bank account would be opened to run AR/AP through for new properties under management.

-I use software to sync calendars to avoid double bookings.-Dynamic pricing tools and systems to make sure the property is generating top dollar.-Property management software communication portals for cleaners so that they can submit photos and restock items.

7. Differentiators: What unique aspects set your company apart from other property management companies, especially in terms of advantages to homeowners?

I am a smaller startup that is eager to build a business and has the time to give to new clients as opposed to a larger company that is over burdened. Frankly, I just enjoy helping people too!

Currently, using the standard insurance coverages offered through the OTA sites.

I use a combination of both methods to maximize revenue. Some of the metrics I refer to are the projected busy season for the property, events and holidays that bring traffic, price reductions in slow seasons and gaps in bookings to fill the calendar.

Yes, as the company name portrays we are very fond of the Southwest region of the USA and want to keep our circle tight to this region. We try buy local products, use the local vendors, and promote the great local attractions that drew us in so many years ago!
